At Leylart Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as jewelry is a delicate and often personal item, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for all customers.

Please read the following conditions carefully before making a purchase. 

General Return Conditions


We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unworn & Unused: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must show absolutely no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box, pouch, and packaging.

  • Tags & Seals Intact: All security tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached and unbroken. If the security tag is removed or tampered with, the return will be immediately rejected.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings: (Pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any piece that has been engraved, resized, or specially made for you.

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate.

International Returns & Customs (Gümrük)


For customers ordering from outside of Turkey, please be aware of the specific risks and costs associated with international returns.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • Customs Duties & Taxes (The "Gümrük" Issue):

    • If a returned package incurs customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon re-entering Turkey, these costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

    • Important: To avoid high customs charges, you must clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" (İADE EŞYA) on the customs declaration form and commercial invoice.

    • If a package is rejected by Turkish customs due to improper documentation or high fees, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

How to Initiate Returns 

  1. Contact Us First: Do not send any items back without prior approval. Email us at [info@leyl.art] or contact us via WhatsApp at [+905532791919] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the item to prove its condition.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. You must ship the item within 3 days of approval

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item thoroughly.

  • Approval: If the item passes inspection (unworn, tags attached), we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Rejection: If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, the return will be rejected. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to you.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
