ARTICLE1: PARTIES

1.1. SELLER (Hereinafter "SELLER")

1.2. BUYER (Hereinafter "BUYER")

  • The person who places an order on the LeylartJewellery website. The address and contact information provided during the order are accepted as valid.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AND PRICE The type, quantity, brand/model, basic characteristics, and sales price (including taxes) of the products are as stated on the order summary page before the final payment.

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product on the website and have given necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days. 4.3. The SELLER is not responsible for delivery failures if the BUYER is not present at the address or if the address provided is incorrect. 4.4. Jewellery products are often handmade; minor variations in color or shape may occur and are considered a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) 5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, starting from the date of receipt of the goods. 5.2. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing (via email) within the 14-day period. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/certificates.

5.3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to:

  • Customized Products: Goods that are prepared in line with the BUYER’s specific requests or personal needs (e.g., custom-engraved items, rings resized specifically for the BUYER, or bespoke jewellery designs).

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or whose protective hygiene seals/tags have been removed.

ARTICLE 6: DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) in the jurisdiction of the SELLER or BUYER shall have authority, up to the value limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 7: ENFORCEMENT By completing the payment for the order on the Site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
