We are dedicated to delivering our handcrafted jewelry safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship all domestic orders across Türkiye using reputable local carriers (Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo). Shipping fees are structured as follows:
- Domestic Orders (Türkiye): Free shipping on all orders above 1,500 TL. For orders under 1,500 TL, a flat shipping fee of 90 TL will be applied at checkout.
- International Orders: We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
2. Processing & Handling Time
As each piece is carefully handcrafted, orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (Türkiye): 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- International: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, LeylArt Jewellery is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at leylartjewellery@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
